po的文档有点长……暂时没翻到外部独立程序是怎么找配置的。

一个意外发现是，测试的一个交叉编译器使用了 /usr/share/locale-langpack/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES 下的gcc.mo，但是直接替换成此仓库的文件的话，会恢复到英文文本，可能是什么不兼容？
