This code is the R code I wrote for my honours project in macroecology. I conducted the project under the supervision of Marcel Cardillo in the Macroecology and Macroevolution Group at the Research School of Biology, Australian National University. The main purpose of the code is to create three different models of distribution of Banksia species in Australia. There is also code included for the cleaning and preparation of the associated ecological, phylogenetic and spatial data. Also included are tools for mapping, graphing and statistically analysing of the enormous data sets resulting from the models. At all levels taking account of phylogenetic relationships.
