Great question. It should be okay to run on the mouse array, but I haven't tested it. If you want to give it a shot and it blows up, let me know. Otherwise, I will work on incorporating the manifest into the metadata to pull out relevant probes. I would probably limit to larger resolution sizes given the probe density of the array. Thanks for trying compartmap!

I will try and rig something up as a conversion function for you today. I know I've done this in the past, so I will revisit some old code. It may be the older SigSet object out of sesame before it was switched over to the SigDF object, but I'll have to check.

Thanks for your reply and for this awesome tool. I'll try out running it. I don't need super high res, maybe 500kb or even 1MB or so.. In any case, here is the manifest for Mouse 285K Infinium array: http://zwdzwd.github.io/InfiniumAnnotation#mouse

One more thing, I may not be able to find it, but just wondering if is there an embedded function to convert/prepare the SigDF (Sesame) metadata into "obj" for compartmap input.
