One possibility is to use the node ci setup (since it is basically a docker container under the hood) but this would increase build times. I would like to keep the build on alpine if possible.

#24 is able to fix this, but moving the app before the npm install prevents caching of dependencies

Fixed here
Needed to include package-lock.json in docker. Might be a problem again if package-lock changes
from biosimulations.
