I'cant get the RegDB dataset! about hicmd HOT 6 CLOSED

Unfortunately, since I don't own the copyright of RegDB, it is difficult to share it. I am asking the instructions/guidelines to get RegDB in the lab that created this dataset. I will share it when the answer comes.
