it should work on mac as long as it is a host machine. You should be able to run it since it's python Of course you have to install the required libaries before like in linux

EvilLimiter requires a tool called tc for traffic shaping. However, it works deep under the hood of Linux. macOS is BSD Unix based and therefore does not come with this tool.
I've heard there is an alternative to it, but I'm not exactly sure. Maybe I'll have a look at it in the future.

There's a windows project https://github.com/bitbrute/evillimiter-windows which uses classic .net

If that project can be imported to .net core, it can be used to build a crossplatform app to support win, mac and linux

@Korayem In EvilLimiter for Windows I used a library called WinDivert to limit the traffic. This library is only available for Windows. I've recently read an article about alternatives for macOS, but I'm not sure whether and when I'm going to work on a macOS version of EvilLimiter.
