First of all, are you sure you use the "Turnigy_plush_30A_.." hex file? Recently there was a case where a user took the "Turnigy_Ae_xxA_.." file and flashed it to the Plush, and that does smoke.

Great. If there's a way to sticky your reply above, do it please :) Or maybe include a fat red warning text.
I was editing the video I took and looked at the screen recording, and yes, I was flashing the AE not PLUSH. Funny thing is, when supplied with 5V, the ESC makes the normal sounds, but when supplied with full power, it doesn't beep normally. When throttle is applied, it smokes.
I'm off to flash the last one with the proper hex now...
