Multiple locator in 1 page about jquery-store-locator-plugin HOT 6 CLOSED

This is a current limitation that I'm aware of - surprised nobody has brought it up before you. I've started working on a new version that will have a fix for this but until then the best way around it is probably to put one in an iframe.

by the way..i actually trying to create a full list with all the stores(list only no map), and keep the 26 nearby stores with the map in same page but in different tab..the lists are suppose the same, but once i changed the storeLimit both also changed...^^"

Are you changing the settings correctly and not changing the actual jquery plugin file?

Settings need to be set like the following (a lot of people seem to get this wrong judging by the comments that are posted on my blog):

$('#map-container').storeLocator({'slideMap': false, 'modalWindow': true});

Also, you need to show at least 1 Google Map. It is against the terms to use the Geocoder API without showing a Google map.

I've decided at this point I don't think I'm going to do the work to have multiple instances on one page because I doubt many people would have this requirement.

TL/DR: I would also like to be able to do this.

The rest: I would like to automagically show the closest location as text at the top of a web page, then further down have the map of available locations show. I am able to do one or the other but not both on the same page. Any suggestions? I'm all ears. Thank you!
