Why Firefox is now less and less concerned :( , open source software is no longer popular?

I am very well aware of this issue but unfortunately there isn't much I can do. Firefox doesn't support backdrop-filter and the workarounds are not good for the ui perhaps even worse. I will sure look more or maybe eliminate the blur throughly for firefox.
I'm always open for suggestions.

Ps: chromium is also an open source project.

In addition about backdrop-filter, firefox is supported backdrop-filter (since firefox70.0, 2020), but this "feature" until today is not enabled by default, we need to enable it manually in about:config. This is very weird I do not know why.....

No it's also fully open source here. The Google distributed version just contains a telemetry and a few settings preset.
