Actually, clarification: any plot except for the first plot on a page of plots, as displayed in the plot server, will display this weird jump behavior.

OK, so I think I've isolated the problem and I have a way to fix it, but it involves CSS positioning crap and I need someone else to tell me whether my "fix" is right or not. Basically, the style for bokeh_canvas_wrapper div has "float: left", and this causes the canvas to actually be outside the "plotview"
When the Zoom tool is activated, the parent plotview actually gets a style: hidden turned on, and somehow the contained bokeh_canvas_wrapper becomes parented "correctly" in the layout. You can see this in the following screenshot, because the plotview div is highlighted in the DOM debugging window, and the entire plot area is highlighted in blue:
Unfortunately, this also causes the entire plot to shift over to the up and right.
To fix both of these issues, I simply removed the "float: left" style for bokeh_canvas_wrapper, and this not only causes the plot to stay put when Zoom is pressed, but it also causes the div to properly be parented under the plotview div.
So my question to @hhuuggoo and @paddymul is: is there any reason why I shouldn't remove the "float: left" style from bokeh_canvas_wrapper?
