I'm afraid that BEMSimpleLineGraph is not suited to your needs.

The X-Axis values that you provide to the graph are just used to draw the X-Axis (the labels). They are not actually used to position the points.
The graph counts the number of Y-Axis values provided, and then puts each point at regular intervals.
For example, if you provide three Y values, the first point will be at the very left of the X-Axis, the second right in its middle and the third at its very right. No matter if you provide X values or not.

This is the most common/easiest way of drawing a line graph.

You might want to take a look at CorePlot which offers a lot more possibilities.
