I like DollyCraft, and I agree that the final "r" of "pyCraftr" is ugly. Apart from this I'm open to anything.

DollyCraft is a good name but it sounds like this is 'yet another MC clone'. I think something with py in it has better connotations for the point of the project.

pyCraft doesn't exist at the organization level yet https://github.com/pyCraft and that project is relatively small.

Of course! It's impossible to imagine a Minecraft clone without mobs! :D
And it's quite easy to do in terms of programmation, compared to terrain generation.
