Get spectator to work consistently at high spectator counts. about bwmf HOT 2 CLOSED

I reworked the spectate system to function how pabst spectate used to function. This means we will no longer be able to zeus from spectate / might have difficulties with the respawn system (will be trying to test this out later).

Attempted fix for respawn: tracking information on the dead player object
Possible fix for zeus: swap user into virtual curator unit, only when accessing Zeus? (problem with this: how does one track Zeus status through death? Also with pabst admin, won't be able to self assign zeus when dead, due to deadness)
