Terraform fails to create multiple VMs when done in quick succession about terraform-provider-proxmox HOT 5 CLOSED

Hey @bpg, appreciate the quick response! Sure, I'll go ahead and give the parallelism work around a shot, appreciate it! I swear I looked at the issues before making this, so sorry for it being so similar to #157 lol.

Issue #157 does look to be pretty similar / near identical.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help out or provide additional information. I'd offer to debug myself but I don't know go.

Just tested against package version 0.8.0 and this issue still exists.

Thanks for the report @maxwlang! This looks very similar to #157 -- I was able to reproduce the same error event with a single VM, though it's quite rare.
I suspect it is a timing issue, and dding some retry logic may help, but I need to investigate these use cases a bit more.

In a meantime you can try reducing parallelism to 1 or 2 to see if it helps.

The situation has improved quite a lot on the latest provider version. I was able to create 10 VMs without any issues. More than 10 is still problematic though, but I'm closing this bug as resolved. The related issue #157 is not reproducible anymore either.
