This will not be easy because you have to use one of the methods described on the documentation page to get the bridges. Here they are:
- Visit https://bridges.torproject.org/ and follow the instructions.
In this variant you have to enter a captcha! - Email [email protected] from a Gmail, or Riseup email address.
You need a Gmail or Riseup account here! - Use Moat to fetch bridges from within Tor Browser.
This is a built-in tor-browser feature for requesting bridges. You need to request the bridges yourself through a tor-browser and then add them to the system!

It is possible that the above steps can be avoided by using the obfs4 package from the AUR.
