I have the same problem with Safari on MacOS. Try another browser like Google Chrome.

Same issue here with Safari on MacOS. In other browsers it's animated.

IOS 13.4 and Safari 13.1 is suffering this issue. Previous versions were working fine...
The only thing i could find is https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60975613/svg-animation-struggles-with-safari-13-1-mac-os-ios/, changing class=icon to object type solves the problem. It's not my cup of tea though...
