By the way, the question in the subject, did not study this piece of code. Is the check performed in a video card, on a match or in a processor? As I understood in the processor, because there was a check in the cpp file, not cu and it's cool, because you can perform a test on a large number of goals or using other tools. But if a person has such a mistake, can checkup still be in the GPU? If it is in CPU do not change it please.

The GPU looks up the address in a bloom filter. The CPU verifies the address because bloom filters can have false-positives.
