I haven't tested most cards, so I can't say which is best.

Core count and clock would probably be a priority followed by memory speed/bandwidth. And memory capacity of you are going to use large address lists.

Is Cuda Core the most important thing and priority at comparing?

The best one in the market is ofcourse rtx 2080 ti and as second gtx 1080 ti... But they're extremely expensive.

I'm deciding to go with rtx 2080 first, and than buying one more of it to sli them.

This seems the cheapest and highest core count for me. But I can't decide for the brands..

And what's your opinion or suggestion @brichard19 ?

Judging by benchmarks on bitcointalks, 2080 is much more cost effective then old cards like 1070 or 1080. Cuda version also looks faster and without bugs that miss keys. So AMD RIP.
