That's weird, when you use the view windows on the library it should always reveal the cards... I'll have to check when I get home but it may be a bug with one of the last few octgn builds. If so, it should be posted on the octgn github issues page instead as its not something I can fix in the game def

I loaded a game of Munchkin and when I view any of the decks I am able to see all the cards as I should.
I don't have any other games installed so I can't test on others.
I noticed this issue on the OCTGN github that might be related:
