pick and choose autoscripts is already listed at #26 and is something I still have on the radar
Two-headed giant games should be possible in the current alignment system since it already supports 4-player games (2 on each side of the table). Emperor is practically impossible with the alignment implementation and because of the amount of horizontal space we have on the table.
Filtering by format type is tricky because OCTGN by itself cannot implement game-specific rule sets. Maybe it can be feed by the game def, and that's been requested many times over in the OCTGN github issue tracker already.
Moving the stack box isn't possible, but you can move the table around by holding the spacebar as you drag the table around (panning the screen).
