You should easily be able do that:
- Copy all demo files (both your solo and group account) into the same folder and let it parse
Given the program works with the SteamID, you should see yourself twice (if you use your username on both accounts)

I think @Sp3nce wants to have aggregated statistics, and this is currently not available (I assume different accounts means different SteamIDs).
