I am also facing same issue. Uploaded files are displaying under Files link but this Refresh page is not showing any results.
While file uploading, below error thrown in console.

Looks like a bug, let me look into this. Can you also post a link to the PDF file? It will help me reproduce the issue.

No luck. I have installed v0.4.2 and I still get the error 'close_fds is not supported on Windows platforms'. And the webpage keeps showing Refresh and Download button in Files menu is disabled.

Yes, I tried it on my Ubuntu OS and it works well now, going forward for Camelot.
