Using sudo sysctl -w kernel.unprivileged_userns_clone=1 fixes the issue.

Hey, @inforeis. Thanks!

Try changing the .env in backend folder to:
NODE_ENV=DEVELOPMENT

It should give you better errors in console and help tracking the error.

Hey @inforeis. We need more info to help you.

Try running backend without pm2, if you followed tutorial you can try:

pm2 stop whaticket-backend

Now, go to backend folder in your terminal and simple run npm start

If server starts ok, go to "Connections" page in frontend and post your backend terminal erros here.

It occurs because you are running it as root. The best way to avoid it is creating a normal user to deploy the app, I 'll add it in tutorial latter.

I will close this issue, since it's not related to Whaticket itself.
