@Mankar611 thanks for raising this with us. This looks to be a duplicate of #34. Please can you review the comments there?

Yes I already mentioned in my issue that it is duplicate of #34 .
How to execute this commands?
dotnet add package NuGet.Core --version 2.14.0
dotnet add package XmlTransform --version 1.0.0
from xrm-datamigration-xrmtoolbox.

I would recommend the following steps:
- Open XrmToolbox
- Click Configuration > Settings > Paths (tab)
- Click 'Open XrmToolBox storage folder' then navigate into the
Pluginsfolder - In the Windows Explorer address bar, type
cmd.exe
- run the following commands:
nuget install NuGet.Corenuget install XmlTransform
- Close Command Prompt and XrmToolBox then reopen XrmToolBox
