Your first image shows you are using D:\game\steamapps\common\Blender\4.0\scripts\modules...<br> However, your second screen shot is showing that it's using D:\tool\blender\3.3\scripts\modules...</p> <p dir="auto">This could be the problem you are having. You may need to uninstall or delete where Blender is now and do a bit of housekeeping. I suggest using the .msi files from Blender.org instead of Steam or using .zip files to install Blender.
