Implementation of PBKDF2 is done and now the default. We are currently testing it and will push the changes to master once the tests are complete and the test database is reconstructed with this setting.

PBKDF2 is done, and a new test database is included.
A tool for calculating the key and iv using PBKDF2 with the default algorithm and counter settings will be included in a future release, so that people can decrypt manually any protected file with OpenSSL's command line tool (using directly the key and iv parameters instead of the default PBKDF1 method used by this tool).
