@nitinthewiz right now all errors are just sent to your /application/log folder. We probably will not be hooking up error logging for the open source version of the app but will allow users to add in their own.
We have been doing a lot of updates to the core of the bookmarklet and the adding process so it's possible you had a bad build for a bit there. This is still such a work in progress and we are constantly changing things around a bit, which sometimes has an unexpected issue.
This should be all fixed up now though!

Oh yeah, feel free to send them along. If you enabled logging, you should see them in your /logs folder under the date the error/notice occurred.
