I confirm that d2b7b93 worked for me. Thank you very much for fixing the problem. Now I know a little more about how this all works.

I think this is related to a known permissions issue. I'll see about posting a fix for you once I test it

This is an AUFS limitation, where a move between layers fails. I've updated the Dockerfile for centos6 and tested it on boot2docker. If you do a fresh pull, it should work for you now.
