Unity.Mathematics has double precision types. I may have misspoken when I said "float3" though. We should use whatever its double-precision vector3 type is called.

Just out of curiosity, what's the motivation behind this change? Do we not need the double precision built into CesiumVector3?
I'm asking kind of selfishly because I'm writing a couple helper functions in CesiumVector3 for getting the dynamic camera controller to work, and I'll refrain from being too robust if we're going to delete it altogether.
