konami.js (the maintainer doesn't want to support script loaders, so we may have to trash it. I know @khandelwal will be devastated)

Ok, here are my thoughts:

1. I agree that this is not a sustainable solution, particularly if we want to move the repo to the CFPB organization
2. I think this is the best option. Do the repos use tag for versioning and if so can we point to those? or point ot a specific commit?
3. I don't think this is a bad idea, but I'd say it's the least desirable
