Bare in mind, you're targeting v1.6.4 , whereas the docs are for v2.8.2 (at time of writing). The docs are correct for v2.8.2, the card is imported via
import { Card } from '@chakra-ui/react'
I'm pretty sure in v1, each component was it's own package, i.e. with it's own package.json but there was still a note as a consumer of the library to import components via the @chakra-ui/react package. In v2, components are no longer their own packages.
