Hey, may I know what version of browser and which ISP are you using? I'm not able to reproduce the issue that you're experiencing. I can see the CORS headers being sent from the S3 instance.

Okay, so I've tried this in my system, as well as on SauceLabs, and I'm getting different results. Here are images from my system:
Here is an image from a similar environment on SauceLabs, and the CORS seems to be working. SauceLabs seems to be sending more request headers than my native system, but the most important header for CORS, Origin, seems to be the same.
My environment is Chrome 34 on OS X 10.7, but the issue is also in Firefox, Safari, etc. My ISP hostname is at nus.edu.sg.
I guess it might be related to my ISP? I'm not intimately familiar with how the network is set up here. This conversation alludes that certain VPN configurations block OPTIONS headers, but I can use OPTIONS headers on other sites. Do you see something I don't see?

Hey, I've seen this case happening to users on Singtel network before. I've deployed a fix 7074f5f so can you try it out again and see if this issue is still happening?

I guess this is not happening anymore. Do open another issue if this happens again.
