Thanks for your feedback. I looked over your notebook, and the error /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libGL.so: undefined reference to `_glapi_tls_Current' seems to be raised when compiling gaps. There seems to be a problem with OpenGL. Since gaps is a third-party tool, sorry that I could not identify the problem more specifically.

Maybe try to check if the scripts in this branch have been executed since I don't see their output. If not, please try to run them manually.

Do you have yours, or anyone else's notebook for colab available? This would be a lot more easier for me.

Sorry but I don't have a colab notebook. The code runs on a Ubuntu 18 server with 1080Ti on it.
