我是前年读完这本书的。读的过程中和读完以后，情绪也很低落。想起了很多事情，也勾起了很多回忆。但是活着，并不全是为了活着。活着，还有很多事情要做......

分享一句叔本华的话：适当的痛苦对每个人都是必须的，痛苦像船底的压舱物，没有的话，是经不起风浪的，有一定的压舱物，这艘船才能行的更稳。
