The current version of the code shows that it's working to select the libraries and compile against them. The "Imports Menu" needs to be updated to show the available libraries in the list. This works on startup, but is not dynamic upon selection.
Current issue is that Editor.java keeps the importMenu variable, while it needs to be access from inside Base.java.

activeEditor.importMenu was the need variable for the menu list. Now the proper libraries are shown in the "imports menu"

This is currently resolved to the same level as the Arduino IDE 0022.
