Add ability to loop and have if/else in feature or stepmacros about chorus HOT 1 CLOSED

We don't want to add conditions because that would be one step towards Chorus' Gherkin variant becoming a new higher level language rather than plain English such as a BA would write, and a lot of the value comes from keeping the test cases simple and easy to read.

However, we are adding a new Feature-Start: section and Feature-End: section with the next release, and these will function a little like a conditional statement, in that if the Feature-Start: fails none of the following scenarios will be executed.

The closest we come to For loops is the Scenario-Outline:, in which you can run the same scenario multiple times with different sets of input variables.
