Channel list loading; doesn't play about stb-proxy HOT 11 CLOSED

I had a quick look and noticed a few things.

• A error in my code that caused the exception you posted. But that isn't the reason it doesn't work.
• That server often responds bad/null values (which I don't account for).
• The same channels appear to be returning different links to my app vs a windows client (I think the one you recommended).

I will investigate more over the next few days.

If you ever experience any weirdness, first try deleting the config file and starting over. I kept making changes to the config without putting in measures to stop old versions failing because I didn't want to bloat it.

If it still doesn't work send me the credentials which are failing.

I spent some time reworking the functions today so that they retry if the values are null. I also fixed the issue that caused the channels not to play for the portal you sent me.
I'll update after a bit more testing.

Could you do one more thing that is, while using docker version if the app can not find config file path then it could write a deafult config file. Cause I tried to run this on aws container service, it gives an error that it can not find the config.json file

I have the same issue with multiple portals. I have already rebuild the config.json file. Do you have any advice

I found out that the stream ponts to localhost instead of the IP of the docket container

Thanks that was the solution. Now I have it working but the stream needs to reconnect every minute. Is this something to do with the portal or with the proxy?

I'm not sure. I know that if you try to watch more than one channel and the provider doesn't allow it, the oldest ones stop playing after a little while. If you are using ffmpeg there are issues in how it works right now. I have fixed them and will push the changes to the repo as soon as I have sorted some other issues out.

Thanks for the explanation. Keep up the good work!. I don't know of this is the right place for this question put what do I have to fill in under proxy? And is there een option to reconnect automatically if the streamsl drops the connection?

Proxy is a http proxy. It is not required.
Reconnection is handled by the player you use. If you are using ffmpeg (any option other than redirect), then it doesn't reconnect in the current version, but I have fixed it and it will in future versions.

Sorry for so many questions. But I have bought a subscription but now the channels will not load anymore. I can see the expire date and the EPG and channel list but the channels will not play anymore
