To bind to ::
on systems on which IPV6_V6ONLY can not be disabled, binding should happen on everything returned by getaddrinfo(..., AI_PASSIVE)
as outlined in Implementing AF-independent applications, which is probably good reading for this exercise as a whole.

Basic infrastructure for this is in place. So far, every Context has exactly one TransportEndpoint, and implementing a second one would probably expose several bugs, but at least the .remote properties are now kind of arbitrary, and the socket specific code is isolated in udp6.py.
It turned out that those issues that would need per-remote dedicated connected sockets (#33, #9) work with a single socket, so this infrastructure will probably next be used when TCP or DTLS sockets are added.
