As per the installation instructions on the Wiki, ChurchCRM v4.x requires PHP 7.3 or greater. However, there are many other causes of these and we have an entire "500 error" wiki page dedicated to the more common causes our users have experienced. Please have a look at that along with some guidance on getting relevant logs and other diagnostics from our wiki here.

I've been able to replicate the same issue.
As per the installation instructions on the Wiki, and following link for Docker hub
I suspect the Docker image has not been upgraded in a long time, as the docker page reports 5 years ago.
Recommend either update docker image or remove docker installation option.

@mrcheap1984 - considering the Docker installation hasn't been touched in 5 years, I think it's a safe bet it's not going to work with the current release. As far as I know, none of the development team have "adopted" this orphan (docker install) so if you want to give it some love, feel free.
