I think as soon as #115 is done (that is, populating a decent list of redirects to skip for people who want to use “blacklist mode” rather than automatically detecting all embedded URLs) I can start the release process on other browsers. I’ll have to look into how to release on the chrome webstore.

I would definitely appreciate support for Chromium-based browsers since after using Firefox for many years I finally switched to a Chromium fork. I still have a Firefox fork just to test good extensions not available for Chromium. Any development?

I’ve looked into adding the polyfill as @alekksander suggested. That should make it much easier to distribute beyond Firefox but it’s still a lot of work and I’m somewhat short on time, so any help is welcome.

I’ll have to look into how to release on the chrome webstore.

I am afraid that you will need a Google account and you will be charged one time fee (Chrome Web Store requiring up-front developer fee).
