Geez. I didn't try this on 32-bit linux and it appears that python on 32-bit linux (which I think the travis instance must be running) throws KeyError for negative uid/gid. That it starts at -2 is intentional because -1 is valid on 64-bit linux (or at least to the python implementation of getpwuid). Go ahead and back me out or just remove this test and keep the fix to circus/util.py. (The fix to circus/util.py is definitely correct for 64-bit linux).

then we can check for platform.machine() I guess for this test, to make sure it's x86_64
