What are your expectations from a status page?

• Reflect the hook endpoint is up and responsive
  OR
• Reflect the hook endpoint is getting a steady stream of events from Okta and updating Duo with a some small acceptable error rate (expect errors to happen if the integration is added to existing Duo and Okta accounts, where users and groups are not synchronised)
