The top item in your issue is being addressed in #10, but the second part about 1d arrays may need a look. Can you recall what caused that second warning?
My guess is that you passed a 1-d array to predict
or predict_proba
. If this is the case, there won't really be anything to change in python-glmnet. We're trying to stay consistent with the sklearn API, which will soon require passing arrays of more than 1 dimension to estimators. See here for more information about that change.
