Got the same problem with the latest sources (built on mac os):
SELECT CAST({fn TRUNCATE(EXTRACT(YEAR FROM `daily_fact_cluster`.`date`),0)} AS INTEGER) AS `yr_date_ok`
FROM `daily_fact_cluster`
GROUP BY `yr_date_ok`
from clickhouse-odbc.

it will work with latest clickhouse 1.1.54378+

Recent ClickHouse releases have EXTRACT support, see:
https://github.com/yandex/ClickHouse/blob/f9cd6a09e6da597e4a5a090844fd4e1312153fbb/dbms/tests/queries/0_stateless/00619_extract.sql
from clickhouse-odbc.
