Don't default to "map" when no btnMap parameter is provided about leaflet.easybutton HOT 1 CLOSED

I'm with you entirely. I started this thing a month or two into the first proper programming I had ever done, and this "feature" has frequently been closer to a bug.

With e868168, you can now

var bookButton = L.easyButton( 'fa-book', 
  function(){ myAction(); }, 
  'take my action',
  ''); // this empty string here will prevent auto-adding

var mapThatIsCreatedLater =  L.map('map');

bookButton.addTo( mapThatIsCreatedLater ); 

The stumbling block is that removing the parameter would ruin anyone's code that previously depended on it - sigh -. The commit isn't "elegant", so if there's a better solution, I'd love to hear about it (pull request or otherwise)!
