You can use cljfx.composite ns to create lifecycles and prop config maps, the way I did for core JavaFX classes. See cljfx.fx.* namespaces for examples. I also have an infer-props helper function in user.clj that can infer some inputs to cljfx.composite/props macro.
Also, you can have a look at cljfx/flowless for an example of a library that wraps another JavaFX library using cljfx.composite/{props,describe}.
