Add VQA model in model zoo for Keras about fabrik HOT 10 CLOSED

@prakharchoudhary we are currently facing some version issues with Keras on our server, it's probably not an issue with the implementation itself. I would recommend you try importing the models on your local machine to get a better idea what the issue is.

@prakharchoudhary the deployed version is now fixed, you should be able to import json files of keras models.

@dexter1691 Thanks for directing us to the links. I tried testing the models by importing the json files on http://fabrik.cloudcv.org, however the loader keeps rendering and no visualizations seem to appear.

@dexter1691 Upon checking via browser dev tools, the POST api seems to throw a ValueError. The json data is valid, thus I believe we have a bug in the api. Should I create a new issue and work on it?

Also while trying out some models given in keras documentation,there were few models which were showing error while importing through json and were showing errors like

Exception: Cannot import layer of Sequential type
Exception: Cannot import layer of Model type

All in the file keras_app/views/import_json.py.
