We will add autok3s describe command for this feature.
For example:
Running autok3s describe cluster myk3s, will show the result as below:
Name: myk3s
Provider: tencent
Region: ap-nanjing
Zone: ap-nanjing-1
Master: 1
Worker: 0
Status: Running
Version: v1.19.5+k3s2
Nodes:
- internal-ip: x.x.x.x
external-ip: x.x.x.x
instance-status: RUNNING
instance-id: xxxxxxx

If cluster name is the same within different providers, please add -p <provider> -r <region> for detail.
e.g. autok3s describe myk3s -p alibaba -r cn-hangzhou
from autok3s.
