If you look at the JSON response from this, it says:
{"errors":{"user_id":["can't be blank"]}}
Sounds like the user_id isn't getting passed in with the allocation.

But also, it doesn't seem to be correctly pulling in the allocation in the first place. They are all showing 0 on my branch when I know they have allocations.

you need to be using cobudget-old/cobudget-api#24 branch of cobudget-api.

@jonlemmon i can't reproduce the 0 allocation problem, are you using the aforementioned API branch and the 'contributors' UI branch? more information on what your API is returning with some console.logs on what the UI is seeing would be sweet.

ah, my bad, i reproduced an error saving that should be fixed by e95741c. if anyone is still having problems related to saving, please re-open the issue or create a new issue.
