tests: /cache/github does not exist about cockpituous HOT 2 CLOSED

I tried to reproduce this:

sudo docker run -it --rm --entrypoint /bin/bash -v /srv/vm/cockpit-test-data/images:/cache/images  cockpit/tests

This has /cache/github as expected; root owned, from Dockerfile.

I also tried without --entrypoint, then it starts the runner but it still has /cache/github. So my feeling is that something actually deletes it later on, it's not missing right from the start.

I restarted all our pods about an hour ago, and they all have a /cache/github/ directory. So this is apparently not an issue with the container itself, just something in it (cockpit bots) seems to kill the directory at some point. I'll keep watching out for that.
